Apple has determined that a small percentage of the keyboards in certain MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro models may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:
- Letters or characters repeat unexpectedly
- Letters or characters do not appear
- Key(s) feel 'sticky' or do not respond in a consistent manner
- The MacBook line offers three distinct choices: the 13-inch Air, 13-inch Pro and 16-inch Pro. Students who need a remote learning tool are going to naturally gravitate towards one of them.
- The 13' MacBook Pro features 2560 x 1600 resolution and the 15' MacBook Pro features 2880 x 1800 resolution, making the MacBook Pro ideal for professional photo and graphics work, as well as high-def movies and games. Whether you plan to use your MacBook Pro for work or school, the right software can make your life easier and more productive.
Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will service eligible MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro keyboards, free of charge. The type of service will be determined after the keyboard is examined and may involve the replacement of one or more keys or the whole keyboard.
